Each filtering bag start texts (splash in English) are the yellow phrases on the title screen. They appear randomly and refer to phrases from popular culture, websites, famous quotes, video games, etc. These texts appear in the Minecraft .jar file at (versions / (Minecraft version) / (Minecraft version) .jar / assets / minecraft / texts / splashes.txt). They appear at 2 Hz frequency (120 PPM).
These texts are not translated into any language, they appear in English regardless of the language you choose.
You can edit the starter texts with the resource packs, available in the splashes.txt file, located in assets / minecraft / texts.
