El agent is a creature that helps players learn to code by having players code actions on it. The agent can be programmed to perform many tasks, such as planting and harvesting, mining, cutting trees, and building.

Easier
The agent is used in conjunction with Code Connection / Code Builder for Minecraft and is programmable through a ScratchX visual interface.
The agent maintains his own inventory of 27 items, which can be manipulated by commands that the player programs to use, or edited directly by a GUI that the player can access in-game.
The visual interface allows the player to drag and drop commands, structural constructions, and other components into a sequence, and associate the sequence with a custom named slash command, which can be run in the traditional way, from the console.
The agent can push pressure plates, but cannot interact with buttons, levers, or other right-click mechanisms such as doors and gates.

Curiosities
- The agent is seen in the official Education Edition image.
- The agent is the only creature exclusive to Education Edition. Bedrock Edition also contains resources for the creature, however the creature is unreachable in the game. By installing Code Connection, it is possible to use it in Minecraft Windows 10 Edition.
- In the free XNUMXth anniversary map released by @BlockworksYT, there is a puzzle in the "Library" area that involves controlling the Agent with glazed terra cotta.
- In the Bedrock version of the map, the agent is added as a new creature, while in Java, it is an armor mount with infested chiseled stone bricks remodeled on its head.
- The Agent Spawn Egg can be obtained with an NBT editor in Bedrock Edition. However, nothing is generated when using it.
Clicking a spawn with an agent spawn egg does not create an agent spawn, but summons your agent alongside it, making it the only spawn egg that does.
